Start with the driver arrangement
Choose the arrangement that matches what must happen during the day. Mileage, timing, stops, and selected options are reviewed separately.
One confirmed pickup and one confirmed destination, without a scheduled return.
Best when you only need transportation to one scheduled destination.

Medical escort support is non-clinical and does not include medical care, clinical monitoring, lifting, transfers, medication assistance, or personal care. Additional time: Starting at $25 ambulatory or Starting at $30 wheelchair-accessible per started 15 minutes. Additional stops: Starting at $20 each.
Reserve Wait and StayThe first 10 billable miles from ElevenO3's approved operating starting location are included. Mileage continues through the confirmed route. The private operating address is not published.
Pre-arranged assistance through the door may extend to the appropriate entrance or check-in area; it excludes lifting, transfers, personal care, nursing, medication assistance, clinical monitoring, and medical support. Additional companions: Starting at $15 each.
Procedure & recovery transportation
These services reserve additional time, capacity, procedure-day coordination, and medical escort support through Wait & Stay.
Starting at $875
One five-hour reservation with wheelchair-accessible vehicle and wheelchair availability, transportation to the procedure and recovery location, reserved driver availability, authorized pickup coordination, up to 125 transportation miles, the first two planned stops, and assistance through the door.
An accessible vehicle and wheelchair remain reserved and available. Customers must follow facility discharge and mobility instructions.

These fixed specialty-package starting prices already include the preferred-rate calculation. No additional 20% reduction applies. Airport transportation, applicable overages, and later itinerary changes are separate.
Plan My Recovery SeriesStarting at $95
Scheduled discharge transportation includes wheelchair-accessible transportation, wheelchair availability, the first 10 billable miles, and assistance through the door. Reserved procedure transportation is starting at $120 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Wait & Stay medical escort support: ElevenO3 can help coordinate the expected discharge window, remain at the facility, assist with check-in and checkout, receive discharge paperwork, and help coordinate departure and transportation home. This support is non-clinical.
Discreet transportation planned around monitoring appointments, bloodwork, ultrasounds, consultations, embryo transfers, egg retrievals, and follow-up visits.

Planning three or more appointments? Qualifying reservations planned and prepaid together may receive the preferred prepaid rate.
Discreet and pre-arranged. Share only what we need to coordinate your ride: appointment date and arrival time, pickup and destination, mobility and companion needs, whether the driver should wait or return, and any facility discharge instructions.
Planning ahead
Qualifying standard transportation planned and prepaid together receives ElevenO3's preferred prepaid rate, calculated at 80% of the qualifying standard transportation subtotal. It applies to qualifying One-Way, Drop-and-Return, and Wait-and-Stay transportation only. Specialty packages—including the fixed Recovery Series—do not receive another reduction. Mileage and other applicable additions are separate.
Plan Several RidesBefore you submit
The booking system collects the displayed starting transportation amount and reservation information. Applicable additions are reviewed and communicated separately.
A 20% adjustment applies to the affected transportation leg or reserved block when it begins before 7:00 a.m. on a weekday, extends beyond 7:00 p.m., occurs on a weekend, or occurs on a company-observed holiday. Timing categories do not stack.
The first 7 minutes after confirmed driver arrival are complimentary. Beginning at minute 8, the charge is starting at $15 per started 15-minute increment. Extended waiting depends on driver availability.
Applicable mileage, timing, stops, pickup delays, tolls, parking, processing fees, or other clearly disclosed additions are reviewed after submission and communicated through an itemized charge or invoice before collection.
Cancellation fees, nonrefundable processing fees, approved refunds, and completed-service charges are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Transportation is confirmed only after ElevenO3 accepts the request and provides confirmation.
