ElevenO3 CareLink Solutions was founded by a hospital Patient Access professional and a licensed social worker who saw the same gap from two sides of healthcare: the appointment may be carefully planned, but the transportation is often left for the patient or family to solve alone.

We built ElevenO3 to make transportation part of the plan from the beginning—coordinated around the appointment, the rider’s mobility needs, facility instructions, and the return home.

Frank spent three years working in Patient Access within Houston hospitals. In that role, he saw how easily continuity of care could break down when a patient’s ride home was not planned with the same attention as the appointment itself.

Frank leads the company’s strategy, business development, healthcare relationships, and service-performance oversight. His focus is making transportation a confirmed, coordinated part of the care journey across Greater Houston.

Cherranda is a Licensed Master Social Worker who brings a social worker’s standard of dignity, privacy, and practical support to ElevenO3. Her perspective helps the company look beyond the ride itself to the details that can determine whether a person can keep an appointment and return home with appropriate assistance.

Cherranda leads day-to-day operations, staffing, training, financial controls, performance tracking, and technology and vendor management. She helps turn the company’s promise of care into clear operating standards.
